Spring X-tra Gusto

Spring X-TRA Gusto is a unique Shelf life Extender which is Clean label and includes a powdered Italian Sour. This fermented wheat flour extends mould free shelf life and works well in most doughs with a usage of approx. 1. 5% of Flour weight., ideal for all fermented goods, Rolls, Loaves, Crumpets and Flatbreads. Stored in cool, Dry Ambient conditions and packed in 25kg bags with 40 bags per pallet.
