What is Bimuno®️ BPD003
Bimuno® GOS BPD003 Powder is a specialist galactooligosaccharide ingredient produced from lactose derived from bovine milk. The product provides a minimum of 76 g of GOS per 100 g, with a typical product composition of 78.5% Bimuno GOS and 82.6% on a dry-matter basis. BPD003 is an amorphous powder with ≥95% at 60 mesh/≤250 µm and is fully soluble in water. The product contains no added preservatives, colours or flavours and is declared gluten-free, with annual analysis showing less than 20 ppm gluten. It is certified Halal and Kosher, does not contain ingredients that are genetically modified or derived from genetically modified organisms, and has a minimum shelf life of 36 months under recommended storage conditions. As the ingredient is derived from milk lactose, milk allergen labelling is required and the product is not suitable for vegans.
