Lamemul K 2000 K RS is white to slightly cream powder with a neutral to fatty, slightly rancid odor. Based on rapeseed oil, distilled and spray-chilled mono- and diglyceride of fatty acids. Used as an emulsifier in bakery applications, e.g. in cake mixes, breads to improve crumb structure and Anti staling effects, preferred in fat-based systems. Also applicable in margarine, mantou, coffee whitener, peanut butter.
