Conventional Brown Rice Syrup is extracted through the enzymatic treatment of GMO-free natural rice, which is then filtered and concentrated into a heavy syrup. This results in a brown or light amber-colored syrup with light buttery and honey-like flavor notes. Our syrups are used in a wide range of products, including pharmaceuticals, desserts, drinks, bakery items, ice cream, saccharose and honey substitutes, confectionery, and fruit-based preparations.
