Domani III is a heat treated, fermented wheat flour that is used as a clean label Mould inhibitor in fermented products. A cleaner way to extend mould free shelf life rather than using Calcium propionate. Domani 111 Dosage is 2% on Flour weight. It is 100% plant based so is also suitable for a vegan diet. Stored in Dry Ambient conditions 25kg bag x 40 bags per pallet.
