Spongolit 450 is a complex powder based emulsifier on a carrier system of glucose syrup and soy flour. Used as an aerating emulsifier for the production of cakes. It combines fast and strong batter aeration with soft light and coarse crumb structure in the final cake application. This product is very suitable for household powder mixes. Stored in Dry Ambient conditions and packed in 20kg bags x 30 per pallet
